Enquiry to engraved
This is a catalogue rather than a checkout, because almost everything we make gets personalised. Here is exactly what happens between your first message and the box arriving.
- Step 01
Build an enquiry list
Browse the catalogue and add anything you would like priced. No account, no payment, no obligation. If nothing fits, describe what you have in mind instead — most of what we make is bespoke.
Tip: add two or three options. It is easier to compare when we quote them side by side.
- Step 02
Send it over
Submit the form or fire the list straight to WhatsApp. Tell us quantities, engraving text, your deadline and a rough budget so we can shortlist sensibly.
We reply within one working day — usually faster during Mon–Fri 9.00am–6.00pm.
- Step 03
Artwork and proof
Once you confirm the order we lay out your logo and wording and send a proof. Nothing is engraved until you approve it. The first three rounds of changes are free; after that it is $25 per round.
Vector artwork (.ai, .eps, .pdf) gives the cleanest result. High-resolution .png or .jpg also works.
- Step 04
Production and delivery
4–5 working days after artwork approval. Larger quantities may take longer, and we take rush jobs case by case. Choose courier delivery, same-day by quote, or collect at 96 Geylang Bahru.
Deadline-critical or fragile? Tell us and we will recommend the right delivery method.
The practical details
Turnaround
4–5 working days after artwork approval. Rush orders considered with a surcharge — ask before you commit to a date.
Payment
PayNow or QR transfer (preferred), bank transfer, or credit card with a 10% admin fee. Nothing is charged at enquiry stage.
Changes and cancellations
Amend or cancel any time before production begins. Once engraving has started the order is final and payable in full.
